Hello, I’m Jill, the proud owner and founder of The Nanny Collective.

With over 20 years of experience in childcare, I have dedicated the last 15 years to working as a professional nanny. After graduating from Chichester University with a BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Studies, I gained hands-on experience in schools and various childcare settings, supporting children of all ages.

As a mother myself, I truly understand the importance of nurturing, high-quality childcare—which is what inspired me to create The Nanny Collective.

My passion for working with children, combined with my professional background, allows me to provide expert support and tailored nanny placements. I am committed to helping families find highly qualified, trusted nannies while ensuring that nannies feel valued and matched with the right families.
